I went to Lezziz with my mother a few weeks ago and was really blown away by the lovely food, atmosphere and professionalism of the staff. Khalid was very helpful and kind and I will definitely visit this amazing restaurant again!

I just ordered from here the family platter and what I received was shameful the portion was so small and it's supposed to feed 3-4 people and there was even lamb ribs missing from the platter and the lamb donner. And was sent half a small box of rice. Will never buy from here again so disappointing!

I’ve been coming here over 20 years. The past few years I’ve sadly seen this place go downhill. Lots of cross contamination, poor service, bad time management. I understand higher prices but only if you can keep up standards. Such a shame as I love to see a family business expand but not for the worse.

Great food as always. Customer service could improve slightly as the waiters took their time to take our order despite not being busy at the time. Overall still fantastic food and would visit again.

Only ordered 2 kebabs and they couldn't get the order correct. Chick shish was far too salty and they didn't include the rice it was supposed to come with. The mixed doner was cold and tasteless
Super hard to get chips wrong but 10 points cold and tasteless.
5 stars for atmosphere because I am eating at home.

Firstly I would like to just say between me and my wife we have spent maybe few grand in lezziz I have had every platter of the menu multiple times
And always fell into a very enjoyable experience even when they put their prices up the food still performed…..
Even when my friends and family come from another country I always take them to lezziz and get the biggest super long platter
But however my wife who was just out of hospital went to Lezziz to grab a takeaway for the first time as we have always been to the restaurant
The food was sooooooo bad wallahi the worst doner and chips I’ve ever had
Was very frustrating and upsetting that for people who have spent so much money there have been treated like this
And the chips were only half of the box on one side and the the other side was lettuce

I used to go there very often and I order from them frequently but this time I ordered a platter for 4 people for which I paid £80 and I received 2 portions of rice and very little meat and when I went to show them I was very arrogantly told that this is the portion.

I recommend this place. Tasty food, portions worth the price. The only thing that follows from my observations is that children are not treated equally - some receive a few lollipops as gifts, others none at all.

Just ordered the platter for 2-3 people through deliveroo and oh my goodness.....what a feast!!!!
The food is amazing, honestly so so good and tastes unreal!
Flavours top notch and the quantity is huge, got enough left over for the following day so happy days!
Will be ordering again shortly!!
